We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). Dates fill up quickly, so securing your spot early is best.

Is a deposit required to book my date?

Yes, a non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to officially reserve your wedding date.

Can I make changes to my booking after securing my date?

You may adjust your service selections up until 6 weeks before your wedding. After that, changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Do you help with the logistics and scheduling?

We offer more than just beauty services; we excel in customer service and operations. Collaborating closely with your planners or directly with you, we ensure a seamless morning with a meticulously prepared beauty schedule. With extensive experience in hundreds of weddings, we're equipped to assist with all communications, planning, and logistics. Bridal Trial

Do I need to schedule a trial before my wedding?

Yes! A bridal trial is highly recommended to perfect your look and ensure you feel confident and beautiful on your big day.

When should I book my bridal trial?

We recommend scheduling your trial to take place 6-8 weeks before your wedding.

What should I bring to my trial?

  • Inspiration photos of hair and makeup looks you love.

  • Your veil and any hair accessories.

  • A white or light-colored top to mimic your dress.

  • Clean, dry hair and a makeup-free face.

Can I trial before I book?

Trial sessions are reserved exclusively for brides who have secured their date with a retainer and signed a contract. Interested in chatting before making a booking? No worries! Wedding Day Services

Will you travel to my getting-ready location?

Yes! We provide on-site services at your chosen location. Travel fees may apply.

How long does hair and makeup take on the wedding day?

Bridal hair and makeup typically takes 2.5 hours (75 minutes per service). Bridesmaids and additional party members require 50 minutes each per service.

What should I do to prepare for the wedding day?

  • Arrive with clean, dry hair (washed the night before) and a makeup-free face.

  • Wear a button-down shirt or robe to avoid messing up your look.

  • Follow our pre-wedding skin and hair care recommendations.

Can you accomodate large bridal parties?

Absolutely! We offer the option of multiple stylists and artists to accommodate large bridal parties, ensuring efficient preparation time. Our services extend to bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, mothers of the groom and bride, aunts, flower girls, and more. It's advisable to book in advance to secure availability and adequate coverage for your sizable bridal party!

Payments & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the wedding date require full payment.

Can I add services on the wedding day?

Last-minute additions are subject to availability. We recommend finalizing your service count at least 6 weeks in advance.
